How it works
Once a request is submitted with a brief description, one of our experienced team members will communicate with you and set an appointment for a free survey with one of our qualified engineers who will discuss and advise on how to protect your property and get the most of your security system. Then designers will design the required security system and we’ll provide a competitive quote.
Once accepted, installation team will schedule an installation date and prepare all equipment needed to provide the best service possible.
After installation and commissioning our engineer will provide in-depth training on how the system operates and how to use it remotely on smart phones.
After Care
We are proud to provide one year warranty on all systems fitted and installed by Colour & Grey and one year telephone technical support. In addition, one free service visit six months from installation date for intruder alarms and one free service visit after one year for CCTV and door entry system installation.
